Mezzmo Pro Feature

Rip Audio CD

Mezzmo can rip your audio CDs and save the audio tracks from the audio CD onto your computer as high quality MP3 or WAV files. These MP3 or WAV files will be added directly into your Mezzmo library. You have full control over what tracks are ripped and the quality of the created MP3 or WAV files.

Drive

Choose a drive containing your audio CD. If you have not done so already, insert your audio CD into the drive.

Get CD Details From Internet

By default, when you insert an audio CD, Mezzmo will automatically contact CDDB music servers and album artwork servers.

By clicking this button, Mezzmo will contact CDDB music servers and album artwork servers on the internet to try and get more information about the audio CD. If an album match is found , the CDDB music server will return all the track titles, the artist name, the album name and the year released. The album artwork server will return an image of the album cover.

Get Internet Artwork

By clicking this button, you can get matching album artwork for CD that you are ripping. Mezzmo will try to get the album artwork from popular artwork web sites on the internet. This artwork will be inserted into each MP3 file that you rip into your Mezzmo library.

Artist

Enter the artist's name. This information will be stored into the MP3 files and will be used to organize the files when added into your Mezzmo library.

Album

Enter the album name. This information will be stored into the MP3 files and will be used to organize the files when added into your Mezzmo library.

Genre

Enter the genre of the music, such as Rock, Pop, Dance, Alternative, Country, etc. This information will be stored into the MP3 files and will be used to organize the files when added into your Mezzmo library.

Year

Enter the year the album was released. This information will be stored into the MP3 files and will be used to organize the files when added into your Mezzmo library.

Track information

All tracks that have been read from the audio CD are listed. Information about each track is displayed - including title, artist, track duration and the rip status. Tracks that have checkboxes checked will be queued for ripping as MP3 files.

Click on a track's title to edit and change it.

Click on a track's artist to edit and change it.

Click on each track's checkbox to have the track ripped as a MP3 file. To select all or de-select all tracks, click on the Track column header in the Track information list control.

Save format

Choose the audio file format you wish to rip the music files. There are two options:

Save folder

Enter the full path of the folder that you want your ripped MP3 files to be saved into. Click the Browse button to choose a folder on your computer.
