How to get FFmpeg information about a file

Right-click on the file in Mezzmo and click Get FFmpeg Information. The FFmpeg Information dialog will be displayed.

Click on the Copy to clipboard button and you will be able to paste this information into your email that you are sending to Mezzmo customer support staff.
