====== How to get FFmpeg information about a file ======

Right-click on the file in Mezzmo and click **Get FFmpeg Information**. The FFmpeg Information dialog will be displayed.

Click on the **Copy to clipboard** button and you will be able to paste this information into your email that you are sending to Mezzmo customer support staff.
